The Cyberjustice Laboratory collaborates with the OECD on the report "Developing Effective Online Dispute Resolution in Latvia"

Today, the OECD published its report titled "Developing Effective Online Dispute Resolution in Latvia." The report documents the evaluation of online dispute resolution in Latvia and summarizes key policy recommendations to support its development. It draws inspiration from the OECD's previous influential work on access to justice, such as the OECD Recommendations on Access to Justice and Person-Centered Justice Systems.

Several members of the Cyberjustice Laboratory, including Karim Benyekhlef, Valentin Callipel and Hannes Westermann, had the opportunity to contribute to this project as international experts. The Laboratory would like to thank the entire OECD team, the EU representatives and all those involved in Latvia in this project. The two years devoted to this project were extremely fruitful and will undoubtedly contribute to the advancement of online dispute resolution. We look forward to seeing the report in its final version. It is a mine of strategic information for public players in designing and regulating online dispute resolution.
