Project Presentation

Following a reform of Ontario's legislation, the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) and the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT) were created.  The CAO selected PARLe as a software solution for their tribunal.   The CAT-ODR is Canada’s first fully online tribunal serving condo communities.   As of November 1, 2017, anyone with a dispute over condominium documents (statements of accounts, invoices, records, returns) may file a complaint with the CAT-ODR.  The purpose of the project is to enable Ontario co-owners to resolve their differences in a convenient, timely and affordable manner.
