First legal Hackathon of the Brussels Bar Association, supporter by the Cyberjustice Laboratory

David Restrepo Amariles, an ACT Project researcher and leader of sub-project no. 4 , co-organizes the first hackathon of the Brussels Bar Association, in partnership with the Perelman Centre of the Free University of Brussels. The hackathon will take place on Friday and Saturday November 9th and 10th, 2018. It will assemble attorneys, in-house counsels, data scientists, computer enthusiasts and programmers to test and develop new technologies and applications for legal professionals in the area of debt recovery, including blockchain-based apps. This event is possible thanks in part to the support of the Cyberjustice Laboratory and Université de Montréal. A grand prize of €6,000 will be offered to the best projects.
