Resolving Conflicts with Cyberjustice

Dear friends,

It has now been a year since we began our study on dematerialization of court processes.

Our research team and our work have raised a great deal of interest in the legal community, but also more broadly in society. While part of our team’s mandate will be to bring our research project to term, it will also be to identify and clarify the concrete effects of cyberjustice on administration of justice and on the public’s trust in court processes. This approach is crucial to ensuring that our work is supported by and resonates with the public and our partners in the milieu.

This explanatory perspective has thus inspired my contribution to today’s conference

Karim BENYEKHLEF, Scientific director.
