Online Dispute Resolution in Labor Law

In this web-talk we will start by a presentation from Mark Likhten on the online dispute resolution platform the Cyberjustice Laboratory recently launched in collaboration with Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST). The CNESST is the Quebec public body overlooking questions of labour standards, pay equity and occupational health and safety

It will be followed by a discussion with our panellists on the challenges related to implementing ODR initiatives for disputes in labour law.
