The dominance of the Internet means that individuals are more often entering into contractual relations regardless of geographical locations or jurisdictional boundaries. Undoubtedly, the increase in online transactions has also caused an upsurge of disputes; in order to preserve consumers’ trust in the online market, such disputes need to be resolved.
